Sania Sardari

Web Designer Digital Maker

I design and build websites for small brands and independent shops. Every project I ship funds the next run of fabric for OFFCUT, the streetwear label I'm cutting and sewing in parallel — so a layout and a pattern piece have started to look like the same drawing.

02 / Work

Selected Work

Three projects — one live label, two concept redesigns.

01 Flagship — own label

OFFCUT

Streetwear label · brand site & store

The reason the studio exists. A full identity and storefront for my own streetwear label — lookbook, drop mechanics, and a shop built to run on tight margins while the first runs are small.

  • Art direction
  • HTML / CSS / JS
  • Shopify
  • Motion
Problem
A new label with no audience needs a site that feels established without a budget to match.
Approach
One strong visual idea — fabric and pattern-cutting — carried across type, colour and every interaction, so the craft reads before the catalogue does.
Outcome
A storefront that looks like the clothes: hand-built, fast, and cheap to keep online between drops.
02 Concept / spec — not a live client

Junction Coffee

Neighbourhood roaster · site redesign concept

A self-directed redesign for a local coffee roaster. Rebuilt around the beans themselves — origin, roast date, and a subscription that doesn't feel like a software product.

  • UX
  • Design system
  • Figma
  • Webflow
Problem
Great coffee buried under a generic template — no sense of place, no reason to buy online.
Approach
Editorial product pages, a clearer subscription flow, and photography treated like a magazine spread.
Outcome
A concept prototype that gives a small roaster the presence of a much larger one. Unsolicited, shared as a case study.
03 Concept / spec — not a live client

Kiln & Co.

Ceramics studio · site & class booking concept

A concept rebuild for an independent ceramics studio — a calmer booking flow for classes, and a shop for one-off pieces that treats each item like the single object it is.

  • Booking UX
  • Front-end build
  • Accessibility
  • GSAP
Problem
Class dates lived in an off-site booking tool that broke the studio's quiet, handmade feel.
Approach
Brought booking in-house visually, slowed the motion down, and let the object photography lead.
Outcome
A speculative design showing how a small studio can own its whole experience end to end.

03 / About

About

I'm Sania — a web designer and digital maker. I take on a small number of sites for independent brands each year and build them by hand, front to back. The income buys fabric, sampling and small production runs for OFFCUT. Designing for other people's brands is how I'm funding my own.

The process — cut like a garment

  1. 01

    MeasureDiscovery

Take measurements before touching cloth: goals, audience, competitors, references, the awkward constraints. Nothing gets drawn until the brief fits.

  2. 02

    PatternDesign

Draft the pattern. Type, colour, grid and motion worked out as one system, tested in grey box first so the structure holds before the surface goes on.

  3. 03

    Cut & SewBuild

Cut and sew: a hand-written front-end, no heavy framework, tuned for speed and accessibility. Then a fitting — QA, polish, and a clean handover.
